The
process for preservation of wine (21 days on the average) consists of
replacing the oxygen contained in a bottle with nitrogen, a pure,
neutral, odorless and tasteless food-grade gas. Wine does not
become oxidized, it keeps its freshness and original odor and taste
qualities.

Sanitation
& Cleaning
All components used to draw the wine are food-grade. The tube
non-porosity prevents the wine from adhering to the walls and no deposit
occurs over time. Taps can be fully disassembled for
flushing. All wine drawing components can be washed with lukewarm
water. |
