For most of our shipping we will be using any of the following run of the mill shipping options such as the USPS, UPS, FedEx Ground, etc....
For Wine Cabinets we use actual shippers and some will accept COD (Cash On Delivery payments) or Prepaid Payment to save you money.
We strongly suggest in order to be covered by the "shipping company" and/or the smaller version shipper you contact us immediately if there is a problem.
With a Wine Cabinet or Wine Cooling System or Wine Racks or such you should examine the item(s) immediately upon receipt and notify the shipper on the spot before signing for the items so that a claim can be started if such is the case. You should also forward it to us so that we can be kept in the loop and at times we can even assist through the manufacturer(s).
What happens when you didn't receive your order?
If such is the case you will be charged for the shipping cost and it may take up to 30-35 days for your refund so to give time to the package to reach either your location or be sent back to us. Sometimes it was left on your porch or your front door and got picked up by someone else .... may we ask you to check with a neighbor(s) if they found something?
In the majority of our mailings we provide you with a "tracking" number and if the tracking didn't get registered that doesn't mean it was not sent out. Sometimes the USPS doesn't scan a package and that happens in 10% - 15% of the time.
We now also offer insurance for lost package which is your choice whether to get it or not however If we suspect that this may be a matter of fraud we may elect to file fraud charges against you. That is to protect everyone involved.
